Welcome to WaterColor
Timeless resplendence meets warm hospitality.
Find a comforting familiarity among the swaying palm trees of WaterColor, where the thoughtfully designed neighborhood layout and harmonious blend with the natural scenery evokes a sense of belonging in all those who visit and live there.
An unincorporated, master-planned community that’s a part of Seagrove Beach, WaterColor is located adjacent to Western Lake and rests along the Florida Panhandle as part of Walton County. Owned by the St. Joe Company since 1927, WaterColor is mainly a resort and residential community designed by Cooper, Robertson & Partners in collaboration with Urban Design Associates.
The houses here draw on the charm of the old south; large single-family homes with stately facades that feature wooden columns and wrap-around porches invite visitors to recline under the shade and enjoy the beauty of good company. A perfect mix of coastal forest greenery and spectacular Gulf views, WaterColor lives up to its name and paints a vibrant, serene picture for all who visit.
