Seagrove Beach

A family-friendly ambiance nestled among the resplendent groves.

Welcome to Seagrove Beach

A family-friendly ambiance nestled among the resplendent groves.

One of the oldest, original beach towns in the area, Seagrove Beach’s defining swaths of thick verdant groves, scrub oaks, and magnolia trees that adorn the mounded dunes make this 2-mile stretch of land unmistakably unique. This pristine blend of historic and modern rests along the sugar-white beaches of the Florida Panhandle between Watersound and Seaside in Walton County.

The dream project of C.H. McGee, who purchased the land in 1949, Seagrove Beach’s selling point has always been its tree-lined bluffs, laid-back atmosphere, and its dedication to providing a safe and family-friendly spot to vacation. Though Seagrove is recognized as a separate neighborhood, the area is officially considered to be part of Santa Rosa, Florida. Since its early inception, Seagrove has since blossomed into a bustling community that’s full of charm and local allure.

Housing here is a mixture of decades-old, upscale cottages that offer beachfront views or are shaded by the area’s magnificent trees, luxurious new-builds and single-family homes, and even upscale condos that provide the perfect beach vacation opportunity.
